The People’s Free Boutique by Quirk is the Foundation’s first project. It grew from neighbors helping neighbors after the January 2025 fires.
The People’s Free Boutique by Quirk
Free clothing, personal choice and dignity for neighbors rebuilding after the Los Angeles fires. The boutique brings together donated goods, fashion experience and volunteer support.
Grow from what works
We are exploring programs that connect fashion access with learning and economic opportunity. These are still in development. We will share opportunities to take part as funding, partnerships and capacity come together.
