Privacy Policy

Updated October 30, 2026. This notice explains the information used when you visit this Foundation website or contact us through its email links. TPFB’s separate clothing-request process is described below.

Who we are

Couture Zen Foundation is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation. The People’s Free Boutique by Quirk is our main project. Federal 501(c)(3) recognition is pending, and monetary donations are currently paused.

When you contact us

When you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use those details to respond and coordinate the request, volunteering, goods or a possible collaboration. Sending a message does not book a shopping appointment, volunteer shift or donation drop-off.

Please keep identity documents, account numbers, payment details, medical information and private client or household records out of general inquiries. This Foundation website currently directs inquiries to email rather than collecting them through an online form. For a referral, start with a general question rather than sending another person’s documents.

Clothing requests and referrals

Current clothing requests are handled through TPFB’s existing request process on shopquirkla.com. That is a separate site and intake process. Each adult’s request is reviewed individually. Please follow its current instructions about necessary proof and redacting information that is not needed.

Giving and payment information

Monetary donations are currently paused. This website does not collect payments, create pledges or issue tax receipts. Please do not email card, bank or other payment information.

Email, hosting and technical services

Our contact links open your email service. Current Foundation and TPFB contacts use Google email services. Your message is handled by the relevant team members and email providers. Hostinger hosts this WordPress website and provides technical services, including security, server logs and backups. Technical records may include your IP address, browser information, requested pages and access times. The site also uses Google Fonts to display typefaces, which can send your IP address and browser information to Google when a font is requested.

Correspondence may remain in the relevant mailbox and provider backups until it is deleted or expires under the provider’s processes. There is no single automatic deletion period for all correspondence. Hosting logs, backups and other technical records follow the applicable service’s retention practices. If you would like us to review or delete information you sent, please contact us using the details below. Some records may need to be retained for ongoing coordination or applicable obligations. See Hostinger’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for information about those providers.

Cookies and optional analytics

WPConsent provides the site’s cookie choices. Its wpconsent_preferences cookie remembers your choices for 30 days. You can reopen the cookie-preferences control to change them. The site is configured to block supported optional scripts and embedded content until consent is given. No optional statistics or marketing service is configured in the current consent inventory. This does not mean that hosting or email services collect no technical information. Your browser also provides controls for cookies; disabling necessary cookies may affect site features.

Links to other websites

Our pages link to original news reports, videos, social platforms and TPFB’s current help pages. When you follow a link, the destination’s own privacy practices apply. Please review those practices before providing personal information there.
